Founded in 1938, Fonderia Alfredo Togno is an extremely versatile foundry that makes use of some of the most important raw material transformation technologies such as shell casting and die casting, using different aluminum alloys.
With particular attention to quality and flexibility, it offers a 360 ° service that begins with design thinking, the design phase, passing through the creation of die-casting molds, ending with the finishing of the details, offering a wide choice of treatments surface, mechanical processing, impregnations and testing tests.
In all phases of work, the Foundry makes available the professional experience accumulated in over 80 years of activity in the field, analyzing, considering, proposing and advising the customer on the best solutions each time, evaluating feasibility and results.
Attention to green issues and environmental protection leads the Foundry to constantly invest in the technologies used in order to reduce as much as possible the pollutants that arise in each processing phase; these investments also allow us to keep up with the highest quality standards that can be appreciated in the finished product.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is the key element of the Fonderia Alfredo Togno's corporate mission, which guarantees its customers an international certification certificate UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and from September 2020 also the environmental certification ISO 14001.
The quality control starts from the selection of the raw material, purchased only from qualified and certified suppliers.
Based on the complexity of the product to be manufactured, and considering its final use, Fonderia Alfredo Togno is able to carry out dimensional and integrity checks in the laboratory with X-ray tests.
